POW Life is an app operated by LabLamb Works for its client. Anyone can create an account by verifying their email address. We collect your email address, profile, listings, photos, messages, reports, lesson requests, and technical session information to run the service. We use Cloudflare to store this information and deliver sign-in emails. Expo delivers app updates and processes technical update requests, including platform and runtime-version information, update/client identifiers, and update errors.

Your public profile and published listings are visible to signed-in members. Conversations are restricted to their participants. When you create a student profile or lesson request, we store the student name and age group, the WhatsApp number and WeChat ID you provide, and the requested lesson details. Approved coaches can view anonymous lesson summaries (age group, venue, date, time, duration, discipline, language, level and goal). Only the matched coach and account owner can view the student name and contact details, including the account email. Matching creates a private booking conversation in Inbox. This trial does not collect health notes or process lesson payments. Moderators can view reports and reported profiles/listings; the moderation screen does not expose private message content.

Photos have location metadata removed. Unused uploads are deleted after 24 hours. Account deletion requires a recent sign-in and removes your account, student profiles, lesson requests, uploads, listings, and conversations, including the other participant's copy. Reports made by you or targeting your content are removed. Provider operational logs may persist for their configured retention period. We do not sell your data.

To request access to your data, correction, or deletion, use account settings or contact support. After deleting your account, you can create a new account by verifying your email again.

已登入的會員可查看公開個人資料和商品。私人對話只限參與者查看。建立學生資料或課程申請時，我們會儲存學生稱呼及年齡組別、你提供的 WhatsApp 號碼與微信 ID，以及申請的課程資料；已批准教練只可查看匿名課程摘要（年齡組別、場地、日期、時段、時長、項目、語言、程度及目標）。只有獲配對教練及帳戶持有人可查看學生姓名、聯絡資料及帳戶電郵。配對後雙方可透過 Inbox 私人預約對話溝通。此試用版不收集健康紀錄，亦不處理課程付款。管理員可查看舉報和被舉報的商品或帳戶，管理頁面不顯示私人訊息內容。相片會移除位置資料，未使用的上載會於 24 小時後清理。

刪除帳戶需要重新登入，並移除帳戶、學生資料、課程申請、相片、商品及雙方對話紀錄，以及由你提交或關於你的內容的舉報。服務商運作日誌可能依其保存設定保留。我們不會出售你的資料。你可在設定或聯絡支援要求查閱、更正或刪除資料。刪除帳戶後，你可再次驗證電郵以建立新帳戶。
